Fran the Food Lady: see her work exclusively at My Doll House in Alamo Heights, San Antonio, Texas IGMA artisan
Szalasi Castle: Rudolf Szalazi of Tann in former West Germany created one of his elegant rococo wedding castles complete with ball room, Queen’s bed chambers and a carousel with gondolas in which miniature dolls ride. The grounds of the castle contain terraces and towers complete with cooper roofs and balconies for the dolls to watch the wedding festivities. The castle was rescued from a storage area and is currently being repaired and restored by the staff at My Doll House. Stop by and see the work in progress.
Local Miniaturists Showcase: Local miniaturists frequently bring projects to our shop for display. This enables to show work which is produced locally. Ask our staff about displays and items which are produced in the San Antonio area.
